Businesses related to IT can get involved! You may become a sponsor, a co-sponsor or an exhibitor.

We will tailor a suitable package around your needs for you if desired. Below are some details of what the different levels of involvement entail:

Platinum Sponsors


Being a main sponsor to the Show has the following advantages:

- Logo on invite
- Logo on Newspaper Advertisements
- Radio Ads
- Branding at event
- Free booth
- Possibility to send or sponsor a speaker
- Profile on the Show Website: ITshowNamibia.com with a Sponsors page, including your company profile

Requirement: Substantial Cash contribution to the event.

Gold Sponsors


Being a co-sponsor to the Show has the following advantages:

- Small Logo on invite
- Small Logo on Newspaper Advertisements
- Branding at event
- Profile on the Show Website: ITshowNamibia.com with a co-sponsors page, including your company profile

Requirement: Contribution to the event in Cash.

Silver Sponsors


Silver Partners will be non IT related sponsors and a maximum of 5 will be allowed to allow maximal exposure to Silver Partners.

Benefits for Silver Partners

- One free booth at the day (3mx3m each) (target audience of 200)
- Free entrance and meals for 2 staff members
- Logo on all advertising – print and radio
- Branding at the day (inside hall)
- Free entry for 2 persons to the cocktail event that night
- Listing with Logo on this website.

Requirement: In kind (Free advertising / Accomodation for Speakers or Airplane ticket for Speaker)


For Exhibitors


This year's show will be as follows:

Date: 13 March 2008
Venue: Safari Hotel Namib Conference Rooms 1&2 - Windhoek

There will be maximum of 30 booths of 3x3 m size, including a powerplug, facia board with name, 2 spotlights.

Cost is N$ 2500,- per booth - VAT excluded

Booths will be allocated on a first come first served basis, with pure IT companies having preference.
